40% Consistency Rule
All Futures Programs
A single profitable position cannot account for more than 40% of total accumulated profitable-trade P&L. This rule applies during evaluation and the funded stage.
If your largest profitable position exceeds 40% of total accumulated profitable-trade P&L, continue trading until the ratio is 40% or lower. Calculation: largest profitable position profit ÷ 0.40 = required total profit. Verify current program-specific terms before publishing.
Consistency Based on Total Gross P&L

The consistency calculation uses the account's total gross P&L across trades, rather than only winning trades or the final profit target.
