propfirm.coupons publishes prop firm information and offers. This policy describes the information processed by our website, business enquiry forms and administrative systems.

Browsing and offer activity

You can browse without a customer account or providing payment details. Purchases take place on external firm websites. When you follow an offer link or copy a coupon, our backend records the associated firm, deal or coupon, event time, a hashed IP address and browser user-agent information. Outbound events may also include the referring page. These records support offer activity reporting and abuse prevention; a copy count does not establish a completed purchase.

Firm listings and partnership enquiries

Our List Your Firm form collects your name, work email, phone number, firm name, optional website and business description, launch status, trader-count range, referral source and agreement to the terms. Our partnership form collects your name, work email, company name and type, partnership interests and message, plus optional job title, phone, website, timeline, budget, audience information and additional details.

Submissions are stored in our backend database so authorised staff can review and respond to enquiries. Staff may record review notes, status, assignment and follow-up dates. The workflow supports email notifications and replies. Contacting us by email also shares your email address and message with us and our email providers. Please avoid including payment information, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Browser storage, security and service providers

Your browser stores your theme preference locally. Offer filters are represented in page URLs. Administrative authentication uses session cookies; these are separate from ordinary public browsing.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects business enquiry forms and processes information needed to check submissions for abuse. Our infrastructure uses hosting and database services, Cloudflare services for security, public logo storage and configured email delivery. Service providers process information necessary to operate these features. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing information.

Retention and requests

Submitting a form creates a retained business enquiry record; records are not automatically erased when you close the page. Contact us to ask about retention of your submission or to request access, correction or deletion. We will assess your request and any applicable record-keeping requirements. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period.

Third-party websites

Affiliate links, social links and external review sites have their own privacy practices. Review the destination’s policy before sharing information or making a purchase.
